Computer programs have become one of the basics of contemporary life. This development in technology and information was reflected in the methods and approaches of architectural design, which led to the development of ideas and the creation of many modern and modern projects from the formation and solutions of distinct architectural spaces and keeping pace with modern changes and understanding and evaluating functional, environmental, and aesthetic projects before and after implementation. Considering the development of information technology, it was necessary to keep pace with the development of designs, so a program was developed that falls under the BIM interactive programs, which is about data analysis for the two- and three-dimensional designs of the project to give results and recommendations for the development of architectural designs for different projects and educational buildings. The project was evaluated as a model for the program. The program is linked to other programs such as quantity surveying programs where engineers and architectural students can develop all designed projects to help advance the form and design thought and keep pace with the development in contemporary architectural thought First Chapter: ””Architectural Design”” The first chapter deals with the architectural design and design problems and the definition of each of them, the objectives of the architectural design and the basic elements of design from the function, construction, aesthetic aspect, environment and formation. The chapter also deals with the vocabulary of architectural formation and its architectural design methodology from collecting data for architectural projects, suggesting functional programs and suggesting functional relationships, then analyzing the climate, then Urban analysis and then put ideas and design solutions until the project is taken out in the desired way and evaluated after use Second Chapter: ”” Technology and its impact on architectural design”” The second chapter deals with technology and its different definitions, types of technology, historical waves that affected technology and its component elements as well, and the revolutions that brought about a development in architecture due to technology from the first and second industrial revolutions, exposure to the Western model, and the revolutions that occurred in the twentieth century and the 21st century that led to the change of architecture such as a revolution Information, the digital revolution, the emergence of the computer and modern means of communication. It also presents the stages of the development of the computer and the areas of its use in architecture until it reached to highlight the techniques used in architecture using computers, such as the techniques used in the process of architectural heritage Third Chapter: ”” Architectural trends that emerged due to the development in the use of technology”” It presents the architectural trends that have emerged due to the development in the use of technology from deconstructive architecture, digital architecture, high-tech technology, smart architecture, its features and forms, and then it is exposed to the impact of digital technological progress on architecture, such as virtual reality, the impact of the digital revolution on the type of function, shape, electronic space, physical and non-material spaces and their impact on The external shape and its impact on function in relation to the various spaces and projects and the impact of their development on raw materials, finishing materials and construction, and displays the digital architectural trends that have emerged due to technological development such as green architecture, architecture beyond nature, genetic architecture, parametric architecture, as well as the use of technology and programming in architecture This chapter also presented architects famous for employing computer programs in design, such as Frank Gehry and some projects for them, such as the Museum and Time of Art, the architect Zaha Hadid, and some projects such as the tourism complex in London and the architect Foster Norman Foster and some important projects such as Zayed National Museum. Fourth Chapter: ”” Computer aided design software”” The chapter presents computer-aided design systems, the types of software that architects use in architectural design, the philosophy of software selection, software capabilities, programmatic values from fixed values, institutional values, values related to customer purposes, and classification of programs for the first and second generation, the first generation, where digital models and the production of two- and three-dimensional models function. Auxiliary programs for site survey, graphics analysis, modeling, and reality simulation, construction calculations and environmental studies programs such as AutoCAD programs, SketchUp, 3D Max, and Maya. The second generation of programs, which are BIM, are reality simulation programs, which are building system management using building information models and the stages of development of building information models. Contribute to the development of initial ideas and assist in the development of models, analysis and evaluation, including the program Cinema 4D, Ecotect, Arcade and Dynamo, the uses of these programs and methods of operation, and these programs are applied from structural and design calculations Fifth Chapter: ”” Analytical Study”” It is the applied chapter of the thesis, where three schools in different places were analyzed, a school in Cairo, a school in Alexandria, and a school in Nubia. These three areas were selected on the basis of the different architectural character, climatic character, and the surrounding environment for each of them. These schools were analyzed in terms of general location, functional relationships, interior design and facades, and they were simulated. Environmentally, functionally and aesthetically, then include them on the program designed by the researcher and then give simulation results to develop results and recommendations for the development of these three schools in order to simulate the surrounding location, climate and surrounding environment and the architectural style specific to the area functionally and aesthetically to advance the development of building development in Egypt.
