The changes of Urban Rural Standards are related to The Urbanization and The Urbanism where the Urbanism is the result of Urbanization ,so, the population transforms from the Rural aspects to Urban ones ,so, the Urbanization in this case is increasing. The Urbanization, on the other hand, is the increasing of the percentage of population Life Style or the growth of Urbanism in Rural Regions ,so, The Urbanization is the process that happens in Rural Regions to make changes in Social and Economic aspects ,therefore, The population Size and Density in Rural Regions are changing, as the villagers close to Urbanization. The Geography of Settlement has begun to crystallize in some Arab geographical schools; where the study of the distribution of Urban Rural Regions the characteristics of the distribution and the extension of this distribution over the district and its impact on attracting the population benefiting from that Urbanization from inside and outside the city of district Aga, so, this branch has received great attention from researchers in the recent period of academic and applied research. Therefore, the study was presented to show the extent of the importance of that topic in Urban and Rural Regions and to try to determine the region of its influence for Urbanism whether at the local or regional levels inside Egypt, the characteristics of these regions and their extension, and the problems arising from this extension on the Rural Regions and the changes that happens in them. This study includes four chapters that contain the elements of the research; and which contain about (50) statistical tables, (63) graphs and maps that benefit the subject of the research and as well as (20) photos the content of these chapters are: First Chapter: This chapter studies the geographical features of Aga District that effect on the Urban Rural Standards of Aga villages. This chapter includes the natural features of the District, including localization, location, surface, geographical extension, and climate; in addition to the human features of the population, urbanization in the city, means of transportation, economic activity, water streams with irrigation ditches, and the governmental guidance that effect on the growth of the Urban Rural Settlements. Second Chapter: The chapter contains the title of the development or the progress of Urban Rural Settlements aspects in Aga District where this side contains the aspects of the buildings, the plans of construction of the villages ,the shape of these buildings with their roads and the size of these buildings. Third Chapter: This chapter includes the geographical criteria used to determine the Humanity land uses in Urban Rural Standards of Aga District where that shows us the land uses of constructions, roads, infrastructure, transport roads, the services like education where there are a lot of schools, administration buildings, health services, social cultural services as well as economic land uses. Fourth Chapter: This chapter deals with trends and characteristics of Urban Rural Standards and future vision for the development of settlement in Aga District by using the factoring analysis where the factoring analysis is a statistical techniques uses a lot of variables for obtaining the standards of settlement development in urbanization which have three types such as the progress standards, the medium standards, the low standards. The study is concluded with a list of references, sources and supplements, along with findings and recommendations that benefit the geographical scientific research in the field of the geography of settlements.
