”The world is now witnessing a third industrial revolution, the information revolution, in a world in which communication technologies have removed the borders between countries. Global markets have witnessed great developments with regard to the means of completing deals and contracts, which was reflected in the availability of advanced technical means to advertise goods and services, which led to facilitating Contracting through international telecommunication networks without the need for the physical presence of the contracting parties. Thus, the use of electronic means of communication in the completion of commercial transactions has resulted in a faster flow of goods, services and money, and at the same time at a lower cost, whether it is between producing, supplying and distributing companies or between distribution companies and consumers, for example, a person can complete the transaction by inserting the offer on a website and receives a purchase order on the website itself.
