المستخلص

The aim of the current research is to identify the impact of the interaction between content presentation patterns in expert systems and the level of need for knowledge in a smart training environment to develop digital empowerment and computational thinking skills among Mansoura University employees. The research sample in the employees of the public administration and colleges at Mansoura University, numbering (120) employees, and they were placed in four experimental groups (partially high - total high - partial low - total low) with (30) employees for each group, and a scale prepared by the researcher was used to determine the level of need To knowledge, while the digital empowerment skills were represented in the Student Affairs Management System (Ibn Al-Haytham), and the measurement tools were (achievement test - note card - computational thinking scale) that were applied before and after, and after conducting statistical analyzes the results of the research showed: There are significant differences A statistic between the average scores of the four experimental groups in (the cognitive side - the performance side - computational thinking) in favor of the dimensional application of the experimental group with a partial content presentation style and the level of need for Knowing the high, and the research ended with a set of recommendations, including the need to rely on smart training environments in developing employees technologically in light of the Corona virus crisis, and in the end a set of proposed research was presented to help researchers start from what the current research concluded.
