This study is aimed to investigate the impact of transformational leadership on psychological ownership by mediating corporate governance, applied to some sectors of the Ministry of Electricity and Renewable Energy in the Arab Republic of Egypt.An analytical model is developed as a guideline to test the relationship between study variables. In order to collect primary data, a questionnaire (electronic) is designed and data have been collected from employees of Ministry of Electricity and Renewable Energy (It includes: Egyptian Electricity Holding Company (EEHC), 6 electricity production companies, the Egyptian Electricity Transmission Company, and 9 electricity distribution companies) in Egypt. The SPSS is used to process the primary data, and AMOS is used to measure the direct and indirect relationships between more than two variables. Sample size is 384, and the valid questionnaires are 306 (80% of sample size). The results of statistical analysis showed that There is a positive significant correlation between the dimensions of transformational leadership, which are: (ideal influence, Individualized Consideration, inspirational motivation, and intellectual stimulation), corporate governance principles (Ensuring the basis for an effective corporate governance framework, The Role of Stakeholders in Companies, Disclosure & Transparency, and The Responsibilities of Board), and psychological ownership. Also, it shows that transformational leadership has a positive effect on principles of corporate governance (partially). There is a positive significant effect of transformational leadership dimensions on psychological ownership (partially). principles of corporate governance has a positive effect on psychological ownership. There is an effect of mediating principles of corporate governance in the relationship between the dimensions of transformational leadership and psychological ownership. Finally, it shows There are significant differences between The opinions employees of study variables according to the different demographic variables (job degree, number of years of experience, and marital status), while there are no significant differences between the opinions of the workers regarding the study variables by gender ( male and female).
