المستخلص This study aimed to identify the strength and direction of the relationship between the dimensions of the personal characteristics of the sale person , which are represented in the )conscientiousness of the conscience , neuroticism , extraversion , openness to experience and acceptance( and the dimensions of the personality of the brand , which are represented in the (brand ruggedness ,competence of the brand ,and sincerity the brand , brand excitement and brand Sophistication) ,and distribution outlets satisfaction , by applying to drug distribution companies and pharmacies . The data collection was based on a survey list that was completed from (382) individual workers at the drug distribution and the size of the selected group of sales representatives, sales managers and purchasing managers in pharmaceutical distribution and productive And pharmacists in the Arab Republic of Egypt.The data were analyzed using the SPSS statistical program, and the researcher used Alpha Cronbach’s coefficient to calculate the reliability and validity coefficients, and he used both the Pearson correlation, and the simple linear regression analysis method to verify the validity of the research hypotheses.The most important results of the study were the presence of a significant effect of each of the dimensions of the personal characteristics of the salesperson, and the dimensions of the personality of the brand on the satisfaction of the distribution outlets. Medications, the effect was positive for all of these dimensions. |
