Every responsibility that arises from a breach of a previous obligation is agreed upon on the necessity of the existence of damage, error, and a causal relationship between the error and the damage, and its type may differ according to the source of this previous obligation. It would be a non-contractual liability. It is also known that the prevailing general principle in civil liability is responsibility for a personal act. Every assault or damage that occurs to any party under any form means that the civil liability of the party responsible for this damage is established. The origin is the personal nature of responsibility, whether contractual or tortious, as it is based only on the basis of error Personal attributable to the perpetrator, whether the mistake is presumed or must be proven, and this is the basic principle either. In the field of contract or tort, contractual responsibility for the act of others did not appear until recently, as this responsibility is mostly related to the working class and the problems of work and workers, so its study flourished and research increased and shed light on the debtor’s responsibility.
