المستخلص

The aim of the current research is to develop the skills of designing and producing three-dimensional drawings among teachers of carpentry and decoration in the State of Kuwait by developing a personal learning environment based on self-organized e-learning strategies. Research on middle school teachers in the State of Kuwait, whose number is (60) teachers, and they were placed in two experimental groups of (30) teachers for each group, while the skills of designing and producing three-dimensional drawings were represented in the skills of the SketchUp program), and the measurement tools were represented in (achievement test - Note card - the final product quality assessment card) was applied before and after except for the assessment card was only applied after, and after conducting statistical analyzes the results of the research showed: There are statistically significant differences between the average scores of the two experimental groups in (the cognitive side - the performance side - the final product) in favor of The post application of the second experimental group that studied in a personal learning environment based on self-organized e-learning strategies, and the research ended with the presentation of a group Among the recommendations, including the need to set binding and firm rules for learning processes and programs regarding the duration and how to apply these environments, programs and training workshops to teachers, and in the end a set of proposed research was presented to help researchers start from what the current research concluded.
