”Organizational Development and its Role in Achieving Administrative Excellence in The Middle Stage In The State of Kuwait Dissertation Abstract The Study aimed at Trying to Come up with A Vision to Achieve Administrative Excellence in the Intermediate Stage in the State of Kuwait in the light of the entrance to organizational development, through: presenting the theoretical foundations for organizational development in educational institutions, and the intellectual framework for administrative excellence in educational institutions, identifying the features of the intermediate education stage in the State of Kuwait, and identifying The reality of the role of organizational development in achieving administrative excellence in the intermediate stage in the State of Kuwait. The study Relied on the Descriptive Approach, which is the Approach that Studies a Current phenomenon, event, or issue from which information can be obtained that answers the study’s questions, analyzes it, and defines the relationships between its components without the researcher’s intervention. The study reached many results, the most prominent of which are: Absence of scientific methodology in planning and setting sound implementation procedures. - Absence of a school climate conducive to achieving administrative excellence in the school. - Poor use by the school principal of the technology used to enhance participation in the school. - Lack of information about professional development programs to achieve administrative excellence in middle schools - Deficiencies in the motivational aspect of supporting school principals by senior management. The study presented a proposed vision to achieve administrative distinction in the intermediate stage in the State of Kuwait in the light of the organizational development approach, which included: the objectives of the proposed vision, its importance, its starting points, its themes, the requirements for implementing the proposed vision, and the obstacles to implementing the proposed vision and ways to overcome them.
