The study aimed to determine the relationship between High-Involvement Management practices on job performance, as well as the impact of High-Involvement Management practices on job performance, and to indicate the extent to which there are differences between the opinions of employees, as an application to the Egyptian Electricity Transmission Company in Dakahlia. The study population consisted of 1,073 individuals from the company’s employees in Dakahlia Governorate. The sample amounted to 284 individuals. A paper survey list was designed and distributed to the sample members. 274 individuals responded, with a response rate of 96%. To achieve the goal of the message, statistical analysis was used using the SPSS V.25 program. The study found that there is a significant relationship between High-Involvement Management practices and job performance in the Egyptian Electricity Transmission Company in Dakahlia. The study also found that there is a significant effect between High-Involvement Management practices and job performance dimensions.
