المستخلص
The main objective of this research was to determine the nature of the relationship between abusive supervision and deviance in the workplace, by applying it to a sample of 291 employees of the Egyptian Fertilizer Production Company “MOPCO”, where the response rate was 100%, and the results concluded that there was a significant relationship between all dimensions of abusive supervision and deviance. In the workplace, the results also showed a significant effect for all dimensions of abusive supervision on each dimension of workplace deviance separately, at a significance level of 0.01.
