Abstract
A practical appliction for real project is introduced. The risk management concepttt is applied, and the proposed model for schedule risk analysis is used. It is shown that the deterministic estimate of the project was 86, this value imply the risky solution of the deterministic method wich have very little probability value than the analysis results.
