Abstract The present work provides ecological, anatomical and cytological studies of five selected species of family Asclepiadacea in Egypt; namely: Calotropis procera, Pergularia tomentosa, Leptadenia pyrotechnica, Gomphocarpus sinaicus and Cynanchum acutum. These species have been studied and collected from three phytogeographical regions of Egypt, namely: the Nile Delta and the Deltaic coast, the Sinai pinsuila and the eastern desert. |
