Abstract
This study is concerning with the role of radiotherapy in patients with malignant gliomas of the brain taking into consideration the recent advances in planning and delivery of radiation including three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy, intensity modulated radiotherapy, Brachytherapy and proton therapy to identify which method is ideal in treating such tumors. It also taking into consideration the standered method in target volume delineation, optimum dose and fractionation and radiation modifiers
